We are not motivated by the amount of money the Landlord will pay us on a particular transaction. We are motivated by doing everything we can do to help our clients decrease overhead expenses through the savings we our clients achieve.

We can provide you with recent sales, lease and purchase statistics, vacancy rates, cap rates, demographics, labor rates, local, state and federal tax & economic incentives programs, cost of living , utility costs, transportation & labor costs and other vital information and support to insure you get the most economical and cost beneficial lease or purchase terms.

Since commercial real estate commissions in broker assisted transactions are built into the purchase price or rental structure, there is no direct cost to you for using our services.
